Sessions

Each session is about 50-55 minutes. Session frequency is agreed upon between therapist and client in the initial session.

Fees & Insurance

Sessions are $100 at the self pay rate.  Some insurance is accepted. Co-pays and out of pocket amounts depend on each insurance.

Scheduling

You can expect to have a session scheduled within in week, depending on scheduling and your availability. 

What is the policy regarding session cancellation?

I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the need to cancel so that I may offer the spot to someone else and plan accordingly. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your session, you will be charged the full session fee at the self pay rate. Please note that this fee is not covered by insurance. 

Do you offer in person sessions?

Not at this time. All sessions are completed virtually. We use a secure HIPAA platform to conduct these video sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.

Do you see couples or children?

No. Only individuals, age 18 and older. 

Can you still be my therapist if I don't live in Florida?

Unfortunately, no. We are only licensed to practice in the State of Florida at this time.

What insurance is accepted?

Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, BCBS of MA (telehealth only) and others. Don’t hesitate to reach out and see if your insurance is accepted.

How can I pay for my sessions?

All major credit cards are accepted. There is no service charge for using your credit card; we pay that fee for you. Some insurance is accepted as well. Co-pay and co-insurance may apply.
